THE FINE PRINT

Cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before your window at no cost.

Within 6 hours, a 50% call-out fee applies — message us and we’ll try to move you instead.

We arrive ten minutes early. If we can’t reach you after 15 minutes, the visit is charged in full.

Pay on arrival by cash, card or bank transfer. Travel inside your zone is included.
