How the visit works on site.
We need a shaded spot roughly two metres square — a terrace, a pool deck, a covered balcony or a well-lit living room all work. Power is helpful but we carry a cordless kit.
Send a Google Maps pin or the villa name with your booking; drivers know the estates. Hotel guests: please confirm a visitor is allowed with reception, or meet us in the lobby.
